Who We Are

Originally established in 2000 and rebranded in 2007, Fidelity Real Estate Agency (Fidelity Resales) is a full-service Florida licensed real estate broker specializing in assisting buyers and sellers with timeshare resales.

For 15 years, Fidelity has been successfully connecting buyer and sellers in timeshare resale transactions with integrity and we have an excellent reputation in the industry. In 2005, Fidelity Resales became a recommended broker of Disney Vacation Club. Since that time, Fidelity has sold more DVC memberships than any other resale company. Fidelity has five stars in every category along with the highest ratings, (A+), with the Better Business Bureau.

We are especially renowned for outstanding customer service and support.

Our licensed, professional, and highly trained real estate agents are exceptionally knowledgeable and able to assist both buyers and sellers navigate through the often complex timeshare resale process. Each timeshare resale transaction is handled with the utmost attention to detail and efficiency.

Fidelity also has a superior senior management team led by owner, Bert Blicher, resort developer, financier, and former Chairman of ARDA, and President, Sam Pontius, formerly with SPM Resorts/Palmetto Marketing, Hilton Grand Vacations, and Holiday Inn Club Vacations. Mary Robeants, Senior Sales Manager, also brings valuable sales experience to the table. She has been working in the timeshare industry since 1995 and is the former Owner Partner of 52 Shares Inc. The combination of this vast experience and knowledge of the timeshare business from a developer standpoint as well as the resale side, provides a unique perspective that allows Fidelity to best serve buyers and sellers.

What We Do

Listing your current timeshare and/or purchasing your next timeshare through Fidelity ensures many things: financial success, speed, efficiency, trust, and confidence knowing your transaction will be handled legally and thoroughly.

  • We negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare contracts between buyers and sellers. As a transactional broker, we can assist both parties: Buyer and Seller.
  • We help protect all funds from the Buyer and Seller by only utilizing “A” rated title companies who place all funds in fully insured escrow accounts.
  • We verify ownership with the resort directly to confirm information for both the buyer and the seller.
  • We prepare documents needed per the resort, and the state where the resort is located then we coordinate the entire closing and transfer process.
